Had a lovely stay. The bed was comfortable and warm and the hosts warm and friendly. They gave us lots of good recommendations and some bread to feed to the ducks down the road.
A real home away from home, the hosts are so accommodating. 12 of us stayed, and nothing was a problem. Would recommend this little gem to anyone.
Not 100% what you expect but Barry the owner is such a lovely man, so welcoming and loves a good chat! Willing to help in anyway he can. Goes over and beyond for everyone!! RECOMMEND!!
We stayed here 3/11/17 and had a great night. Great shower, clean sheets and friendly hosts. This place is piece of Australian history and you are missing out on a unique experience if you don't stay here. For the money it is great value. Just expect it to be what it is, an old fashioned country inn.
My father in law stayed here on many occasions over the past 2 years. Barry and his wife were fantastic hosts. Made me feel very comfortable a home away from home. The rooms were always service. If you want to learn some real history Spud is happy to share a story or two. Real country feel and would happily stay again ....Grant
