Very peaceful, quiet and comfortable staying. Terry was more than helpful to provide anything we needed. I believe we got more than even we have asked for. We felt really humble meeting her. She even made a swing for my daughter to enjoy . We brought not only beautiful memories but also plants from her own garden, cant appreciate enough for her warm hospitality.
I stayed at the homestead recently with my family for my mothers 80th. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The extensive, beautifuly landscaped yard and gardens proved a fabulous playground for the kids, while the adults enjoyed the numerous verander and living spaces to socialise.I would recommend the homestead for any such event or just a quiet family or couples get away. My family stayed here and loved it,Terry was very welcoming and the homestead was tranquil and had everything we needed.We will be back.Hopefully there will be screens on french doors so they can be left open at night.
